Painting is my method of interpreting the natural, spiritual and emotional world, and my art explores the relationship between these inner and outer worlds through a very intuitive process of mark-making. Working intuitively verses relying on premeditated studies and obvious imagery allows me to bypass the conscious mind, and focus instead on translating information derived from the unconscious.
Jennifer Stano is a professional artist based in Minneapolis, MN. Her work has been exhibited in galleries, in both solo and group shows and juried competitions, around the Twin Cities, the greater Minnesota area, as well as nationally.
